Built in 1924 by Roger Q. and Nina Heard Astin, the Astin Mansion is a paragon of the grand 1920’s style. In 2004 the Astin Mansion was purchased as a Special Events Venue, and since that time has become one of the most well known Wedding Venues in Bryan/College Station.

Built for Onah Astin, wife of cotton planter James H. Astin. Construction began in 1901 and was completed two years later. The exterior of the Classical Revival residence features a two-story gallery with Corinthian columns. Holland Porter, a planter, purchased the home in 1946, and additions were made to the structure during his ownership.
